Roofing materials and systems
Asphalt, low-slope membranes, TPO and specialty coverings — discussed after the building is seen.
The building decides the system
Slope, drainage, penetrations, occupancy and remaining structure matter more than a product photo. Two neighbors can need different assemblies.
Common conversations after inspection
Architectural asphalt shingles are frequent on sloped homes. Low-slope and commercial roofs may involve TPO, built-up or rubber membrane. Cedar shake and other specialty coverings are discussed only when they fit the property.
What we will not do online
We do not publish unverified manufacturer partnerships or one-number lifespans. Warranties and product lines are confirmed in writing after inspection. Metal roofing from older articles is educational — it is not listed here as a standalone current specialty until the owner confirms it.
